Summertime is hot and humid in North Carolina. Though Orientation mostly takes place indoors, there are times you are moving outside to and from parking, the residence hall, and building-to-building.

Consider these tips and resources for managing your visit:

Wear loose fitting and breathable clothes.
Wear a hat, sunglasses, and comfortable walking shoes.
Bring a reusable water bottle and drink water frequently.
