New Student and Family Programs is rolling out a fresh way for Carolina families to stay connected and informed this spring. The new Heels at Home webinar series will bring UNC experts directly to families each month, offering insights on topics that matter most to those supporting students from afar.
Each session will feature campus departments sharing guidance, spotlighting key resources, and answering common questions. The goal is to give families practical tools and timely information as their students navigate the semester.
The webinars are free for all Carolina families and will be hosted live on Zoom. Pre‑registration starts today, Monday, January 12 at 10 a.m. ET, and each session will close registration two days before it begins.
It’s a simple, accessible way for families to stay engaged—and a new opportunity to strengthen the Carolina community from wherever “home” may be.
