Weeks of Welcome!
Our WOW Board has been working hard to curate Weeks of Welcome (beginning Thursday 8/17 to Sunday 9/3) to help new and returning students transition and become part of the Carolina community. From the moment you arrive for move-in, you'll be able to attend several events that make you excited to be a Tar Heel and make this place feel more like home. From meeting professors to making friends, from exploring campus to navigating Chapel Hill, and from free food to free gear, there's something at WOW for every student.
Stay up-to-date on WOW events by exploring Heel Life, at go.unc.edu/wow: our go-to site for events, organizations, and involvement at UNC, where WOW events are posted and you'll be able to RSVP and save events that interest you so you don't miss them during WOW.

WOW Help Tents will be in the Pit and in Rams Plaza where students can drop-in to ask any questions you have, meet current WOW Board students & join a mini campus tour!
