Application Opportunities and Timelines

If you are interested in an OL, WOW Board or Alternate OL position please fill out this interest form.

  • Typically applications for Orientation Leaders, Alternate Orientation Leaders and WOW Board opens in early September - check back then for more information.
    • Applications typically have a late September deadline but are reviewed on a rolling basis until all positions filled.
  • Applications for Project Coordinators occur on a rolling basis based on the availability of positions during the academic year and summer. Contact [email protected] for more information and position availability.

Job Descriptions and Eligibility

In order to be an NSFP Student Leader, you must...

  • be a full-time undergraduate student enrolled at UNC-Chapel Hill.
  • have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
  • remain in good disciplinary standing with the University.
  • be available to attend NSFP Student Leader Retreat, All-Staff Meetings, and position-specific meetings. The dates for required meetings will be provided at a later point, with a current projection available in the position descriptions below.
